About Laura
Laura has a passion for beauty and aesthetics, and after a successful career in events management, she decided to follow her heart and embark upon a journey into semi-permanent make-up. Her ethos is that training with industry leading professionals allows us to understand industry quality, and health & safety standards from the beginning, which is paramount. She wanted to ensure that she delivered a high quality service to all her clients. With this in mind she went on to qualify with one of the UK’s leading Academy’s – KB Pro.
After obtaining her semi-permanent make up qualifications, Laura specialised in Machine Micro-pigmentation, using the latest technology and artistry skills to ensure clients individual & specific needs are catered to. She loves meeting new clients and being able to boost their confidence with a variety of fantastic treatments.

Natural Hairstroke Brows
Bring your ‘Natural Brows’ back to life once again with Digibrows. Fine hairstrokes created using acupuncture sized needles, to give you a crisp, natural, finish. Each pigment is tailored to each client, to create the ultimate perfect match for you. Brows are designed based on your natural bone structure and face shape, giving each client the most natural finish as possible.
Ombre Powder Brows
If you prefer a more ‘fuller brow’ and want to achieve the ‘make-up’ or ‘pencilled in’ look, then these brows are highly recommended for you. Ombre Powder brows offer great depth and definition to your brows.Ombre Powder Brows are also a perfect solution for oily skin types. Each pigment is tailored to each client, to create the ultimate perfect match for you.
Lip Blush
Lip blush is a Semi-Permanent Makeup Treatment, adding colour and definition back to your lips. It softly defines and fills your lips with a constant wash of colour. Lip blushing can give the illusion of fuller lips, will enhance lip symmetry and can cover uneven pigmentation and scars. This treatment will heal with very natural results. Each pigment is tailored to each client, to create the ultimate perfect match for you.

Does it Hurt?
Such a popular question! With the use of topical numbing cream it will be zero to minimal pain.
My clients have described it as a ‘light scratching’ sensation.
How Long does it last?
With the right aftercare and dependant on the clients skin type, it can last up to 2-3 years.
How long does the appointment take?
Between 1hr30m - 2 hr in total (this includes pre-consultation, pre-drawing and treatment)
How long will My Brows Take to heal?
Visibly on the surface - around 10 days. But usually 4-6 weeks for the skin to fully heal altogether.
You have to keep the brow area clean and it is important to follow your technicians aftercare
advice to ensure the best healed results.
How will they heal?
Brows usually heal softer than they initially appear after treatment (by about 30/40%), leaving you
with a beautiful natural look.
How do I know my new shape will suit me?
Brows are designed and tailored uniquely for each individual client. By looking at the clients
natural face shape/ bone structure , consulting with our clients and pre-drawing on the design,
this will ensure the clients desired look can be achieved.
Why do we have to complete a detailed medical questionnaire?
Client suitability and safeties extremely important at Laura Jacqueline Brows. Providing our clients
with thorough documentation ensured that we can assess if you are suitable or not for the
treatment. It can also allow us to give further advice/ guidance where needed when it comes to
aftercare and healing. We will also take this information into account when it comes to your
treatment and tailoring it to you and your needs.
Can I wear make up after the treatment?
You should not apply makeup on or around the treatment area for at least 3 days after. You need
to ensure for at least the first 10 days that this area is kept as clean as possible while your skin is
healing. You want to avoid anything hard wearing on the brows to ensure you get the best healed
results. Full aftercare advice is given on the day of your treatment.
It is Microblading that you offer?
At Laura Jacqueline Brows, Semi Permanent Makeup is created using a machine technique and
tiny micro needles. This technique is suitable for more skin types and you can still achieve the
crisp, hair stroke brow finish.
Will my brows scab?
By following the aftercare instructions and applying a hydrating aftercare balm which will be
provided, you will reduce the chances of having any scabbing or flaking. This is totally normal and
part of the normal healing process, however, most clients find they experience minimal flaking.
Do you need a top-up appointment?
A 4-6 week top-up appointment is included but not always required. This completely depends on
how the clients skin has taken the pigment on the initial appointment. Any finishing touches will
then be made at this appointment.
How do I know if Im suitable for Semi-Permanent Makeup?
Some certain medical conditions and medications are unsuitable for Semi permanent makeup.
Your technician will discuss this with you and if you have any doubts it is always worth seeking a
doctors advice prior to booking.
How often are top ups required?
A colour boost top up is advised every 12-18 months to ensure brows are at their prime
